The Federcasa card reserved to foreigners  costs only € 30.00 per year.
INFOHOUSE gives information and guidance about property bureaucracy through translation but can be also be helpfull in case of collaborations and specific actions, subject to the approvation of astimats at special rates FEDERCASA conventioned.
